Since Renton's arrival, Eureka's relationship with the Nirvash has been evolving. However, more mysteries await as the Gekko has discovered a strange phenomenon known as a Coralian. Despite feeling unprepared, Eureka ventures out in the Nirvash and enters the Coralian. Inside, she faces an attack from a new LFO. Meanwhile, Renton falls unconscious and experiences a dream involving Eureka and the girl she is battling. The question remains: is it just a dream, or is there a deeper connection between Renton, Eureka, and the Nirvash in this state? The Gekko is under attack by the Federation warship Izumok, and the Gekkostate members must navigate their way out of the dangerous situation with both the warship and the Coralian looming overhead, especially without the Nirvash for support.
Winner of Top Honors at the 2006 Tokyo International Anime Fair, Eureka Seven is a thrilling action-packed series from Studio BONES. With mecha designs by Shoji Kawamori and a script by Dai Sato, the genre encompasses Action, Sci-Fi, and Mecha. This edition includes Volume 3 (DVD) of Eureka Seven, the 2nd Issue of Bandai's Premier Eureka Seven Manga, and a specially designed Eureka Seven T-shirt.
The intensity rises in Eureka Seven as series director Tomoki Kyoda and his team showcase their expertise in choreographing aerial battles. The military and the Gekkostate crew chase after the mysterious Coralian, a phenomenon that manifests itself physically, electromagnetically, and psychologically. Renton and Eureka dive into the Coralian aboard the Nirvash, while young officer Dominic and the troublesome Anemone attempt a similar feat in their own mecha. Their encounter leads to a powerful clash that leaves Eureka and Anemone shaken. As they try to help their partners, Renton and Dominic develop a rivalry filled with mutual respect, reminiscent of the dynamic seen in many Gundam stories. The plot unfolds in the first three episodes, with episode 14 providing a recap for viewers who may have joined the series midway. The Limited Edition offers a T-shirt and the second volume of the manga adaptation by Jinsei Kataoka and Kazuma Kondou. (Unrated, suitable for ages 12 and older: violence, nudity, minor toilet humor, tobacco, alcohol, and drug use) --Charles Solomon
